Inventory Catalog (Product Catalog)

The Inventory Catalog feature generates a formatted product catalog PDF with item images, descriptions, barcodes, and pricing information. This is distinct from the Inventory Barcode Catalog which generates label sheets.

Accessing the Inventory Catalog

  1. Navigate to Inventory → Inventory → Inventory Catalog
  2. Configure catalog parameters:
    • Warehouse Selection: Choose warehouse for catalog items
    • Item ID Filter: Search by specific item identifier
    • Description Filter: Search by item description keywords
    • Category Filter: Limit catalog to specific item category
    • Serialized Only: Include only items requiring serial numbers
    • Non-Stock Items: Include consumables and non-stock items

Catalog Sorting Options

Catalog Output

The generated PDF catalog includes for each item:

  2. Configure label parameters:
    • Item Selection: Choose specific item for labeling

    • Number of Labels: Specify quantity of labels to generate
  3. Click “Create Labels” to generate and print
