Navigate to Inventory → Inventory → Inventory Barcode Catalog
Configure catalog parameters:
- Warehouse Selection: Choose specific warehouse or all warehouses
- Location Filter: Limit to specific locations or include all

Inventory Catalog (Product Catalog)

The Inventory Catalog feature generates a formatted product catalog PDF with item images, descriptions, barcodes, and pricing information. This is distinct from the Inventory Barcode Catalog which generates label sheets.

Accessing the Inventory Catalog

Navigate to Inventory → Inventory → Inventory Catalog
Configure catalog parameters:
- Warehouse Selection: Choose warehouse for catalog items
- Item ID Filter: Search by specific item identifier
- Description Filter: Search by item description keywords
- Category Filter: Limit catalog to specific item category
- Serialized Only: Include only items requiring serial numbers
- Non-Stock Items: Include consumables and non-stock items
