The Inventory Pro Mobile App allows warehouse staff to perform inventory operations directly from a smartphone or tablet. It is a web application with caching and offline support built in, so you can work with or without an internet connection. If you work offline, transactions are saved locally. When you reconnect, process them from Pending Transactions.

Getting Started
Access Inventory Pro Mobile by adding /mobile to your Inventory Pro web address, or tap the “Inventory Pro Mobile” link on the desktop login screen.
- Enter your username and password
- Tap Login
- Select your working warehouse
- Optionally set a default location
- Tap Go to access the main menu
Tip: To change warehouses later, tap the warehouse name in the header.
Quick Reference: Moving Stock
Moving stock is one of the most common mobile operations. There are two methods:
Method 1: Move Stock Page
Menu > Inventory > Move Stock
- Filter and select the Item
- Select From location (where stock currently is)
- Select To location (destination)
- Enter Units to move
- Add Serial/Lot if applicable
- Tap Move
Method 2: Search Inventory Quick Actions
Menu > Inventory > Search Inventory
- Search for the item
- Tap the → (forward arrow) on the search result
- Select destination and quantity
- Confirm the move
