Pending Transactions is a queue for inventory operations that haven’t been processed yet. Items collect here from inventory search, scanner operations, and other modules. When you’re ready, you process the whole queue with a single action.

The Pending Transactions screen lists all queued items. Each item shows the item ID, description, quantity, location, and any serial or RFID information.
Use the Filter Transactions box at the top to find items in a large queue.

The bottom toolbar has three actions: Move, Issue, and Transit. All items in the queue are processed together. Remove any items that don’t apply before processing.
Transfers all pending items to a new location in the current warehouse.
Removes all pending items from inventory.
Sends all pending items to another warehouse.
To clear the queue without processing, go to Settings > Clear Transactions. This permanently removes all pending items.
Menu > Reload also clears all pending items and refreshes data.
Pending items are saved locally and survive app restarts. You can add and edit items without a connection. To process them, tap Move, Issue, or Transit when you’re back online.
