Pending Transactions

Pending Transactions is a queue for inventory operations that haven’t been processed yet. Items collect here from inventory search, scanner operations, and other modules. When you’re ready, you process the whole queue with a single action.

How Items Get Into Pending

  • Inventory Search: Tap Bulk Actions, select items, then view the queue.
  • Scanner Issue: Scanned items queue automatically.
  • Pick/Pack operations: Line items can route here for review.

Viewing and Editing Pending Items

The Pending Transactions screen lists all queued items. Each item shows the item ID, description, quantity, location, and any serial or RFID information.

Use the Filter Transactions box at the top to find items in a large queue.

To edit an item:

  1. Tap the item to expand it.
  2. Update Units, Notes, Serial/Lot, or RFID as needed.
  3. Tap Save Changes.

To remove items:

  1. Tap an item and check Remove this Item.
  2. Repeat for other items to remove.
  3. Tap Remove Selected.

Processing Pending

The bottom toolbar has three actions: Move, Issue, and Transit. All items in the queue are processed together. Remove any items that don’t apply before processing.

Move

Transfers all pending items to a new location in the current warehouse.

  1. Tap Move.
  2. Select the destination location.
  3. Tap Move to confirm.

Issue

Removes all pending items from inventory.

  1. Tap Issue.
  2. Select a reason code.
  3. Tap Issue to confirm.

Transit

Sends all pending items to another warehouse.

  1. Tap Transit.
  2. Select the destination warehouse and location.
  3. Tap Transit to confirm.

Clearing Pending

To clear the queue without processing, go to Settings > Clear Transactions. This permanently removes all pending items.

Menu > Reload also clears all pending items and refreshes data.

Offline Use

Pending items are saved locally and survive app restarts. You can add and edit items without a connection. To process them, tap Move, Issue, or Transit when you’re back online.
